A good golf shop should always have all normal products immediately available for purchase. Unfortunately most of the golf online shops do not appear to be able to deliver immediately. Even if they do appear to be a little cheaper, where is the advantage when you have to wait weeks to become the products. Most manufacturers especially TaylorMade now appear to change their products every few months instead of years, as it used to be , obviously that is a reason why a Golfshop does not like to have a lot of golf equipment in stock.
In europe especially in Germany there is a very good assortment of online shops and also many fine proshops ,However with this never ending series of new products it is becoming more and more difficult for the shop to be able to make a reasonable living , it is also questionable wheter the product changes are really to the advantage of the consumer, and I doubt very much whether the new products are really better than the predecessor. Would it not better if the firms went back to the system of changing the products every few years.
